Rescuing Ruby

I had a little enthusiasm for visiting Leeds in that I could try a bit of street photography.

Nature had other ideas. And I'm sure I smiled more.

I found her on the path in front of me, waiting to be trampled on. She's a real beauty with a bright red body and remarkably scarlet biceps. I wondered what to do with her but, spotting a big flower tub, I took her off to make her home.  She was reluctant to leave at first but eventually buried herself deep inside the core of the plants.
