Cat refreshment and market day

Tuesday is Markeet Day in Prades and this will be the only time I am here on this visit.  Can't say I am too sorry, the place was absolutely packed, but the accordionist was there (blip 3) and there was this very attractive array of  baskets.

What was rather endearing was on the way back to the house I came across our resident happy cat having a drink in one of the water channels that move water around the town so that residents have access to water for their gardens.  Despite the look, he is rather affectionate
