Tough walk!

Urdon to Tresvisio in the Picos. Fantastic views of the mountains and the Griffin vultures. You can see our path zig zagging up the mountain. Unfortunately 900m of steep climbing in brilliant sunshine with temp above 30 degrees proved a bit much for me. Couldn't get enough fluids on board and came down with bad case of heat exhaustion just as we approached the top. The 8km back down were among the hardest I have ever done. Rested now and replenishing the fluids so all is good.
