White water rafting trip, Italy

The last time we were in Chamonix, we went on an easy white water trip that lasted about an hour and was not that spectacular. But we had to take everyone in the group into consideration and the youngest in our group was too young to be able to go on the more adventurous trip.
This year he was a bit older, but still too young for the more adventurous trips. So I emailed one outfitter who offered trips in Italy and after learning about how many trips youngest had already done, they agreed on allowing him on a trip with a minimum age of 14 (he's 12).
So this morning we got up early to beat possible traffic at the Mont Blanc tunnel and drove to Italy for our half day adventure on the Dorea Baltea. We all had fun. The water was cold, but the views along the way were breathtaking.
