This gorgeous plate of olive- oil-dripping vegetables and focaccia was our starter to share ( four ways) at Carluccio's in Glasgow this afternoon. Despite the lateness of the hour for lunch - or the earliness for dinner - the restaurant was full of people shovelling down lovely Italian food. A good way to spend a dreich public holiday - The Hobbit over midday, then lunch with rellies.
