Fried green tomatoes....

....it ain't!  Fried green peppers it is and I was trying to create something I saw on Mr Google!  Like a sort of tapas dish.  I've done it, sprinkled sea salt over it and a few herbs and....well... we'll see.  

on another front - the new ironing board cover I bought doesn't fit.  annoying or what when I've dismantled the whole thing......grrrrr!
