It has been too long (Day 1557)

After my beautiful wife zoomed off to work this morning, I decided to get out on the bike. On checking the tyres, I noticed a puncture and spent a while looking for a new inner tube and getting it changed over, delaying my start a bit. The ride was good, and I knocked half a minute off my best time for the route.
Back at home I cooled down for a little while before taking the dogs to Lyde for a wander, where it was quite warm and sticky.
After lunch, I set about clearing out the van while I waited for HV to come home from work. We then made our way to Stromness and I had a ride our on George. It has been far too long, but I thoroughly enjoyed it.
