Christmas Cheer??

“Christmas Cheer” is the first of our rhododendrons to flower this season. I am feeling particularly pleased about it as I thought the tree had died on me at the end of last summer. It is growing in a large tub and with careful watering and attention it has, thankfully, sprung back to life. It has been dull and cloudy all day and heavy rain has set in this evening. We’ve almost had too much of it for the moment.
