Faux fig

It is certainly a relative of the fig but grows more like a bush. The entire palm 'bush' has these amazing yellow branches which hold the green seeds. When ripe, the seeds turn brow and taste very much like figs.

Composition seems to be the focus of the moment. I have tried to reduce the business, give the photo some focal point and, well, I am rather pleased.

A few more days of leave....oh, that it would never end!
