Catching the harvest

Very happy to see the big machines out today - much of the harvest had been done when we were away.

They were busy all day (I took photos on both dog walks) but late in the afternoon the heavens opened and the rain was substantial.

I wondered in that circumstance where the priority is - to cover the just harvested grain (piled up outside) or to carry on going just to get it done.  Does anyone know?
