Work in progress

This is the play-park opposite our house.  On 1st July a tall fence was erected around it and the new plans were sketched out. 
Then nothing happened for a month.
This week some stone and top-soil were delivered and then two big heaps were created.
All this time - right through the school holidays - the park has been closed.
