The USA's SailGP F50 catamaran passes the Cunard cruise ship Queen Victoria in Southampton Water today.
The F50 racing takes place in some of the world’s most iconic city waterfronts, where athletes from rival nations race head-to-head on the newly redefined F50 wingsailed catamarans, which fly above the water on wave-piercing hydrofoils at speeds of over 50 knots (60 mph).
Today it was the race in the UK, during Cowes Week. This is the USA team returning to Southampton as the Queen Victoria departs on her latest cruise.
