dont expect quality pics everyday

well just to put this set in context. will not be posting jaw dropping photo-tastic work every day! so... yesterday, i found myself in Elstree 45mins early for meeting. where was all the traffic!?! local mcd's was found and coffee ordered. however... the 'everything else' query matched up perfectly with my eyes slowly failing to process the gaudy information on offer and coming to rest on the empty apple pie box by the till... the unexpected response was ''one of those''.
it was a throwback to times gone by... when trips to mcd's in manchester, market st. (it being the only one in the NW probably) was always regarded as highly sort after prizes for being good and not pissing my parents off while school shoe shopping.

the pie itself.. was glorious.... a perfect concoction of thermonuclear hot waste and cinnamon wrapped in fried sugar... or so it seems. but it was lovely none the less.

as much as i treasured those visits as a child...... suffice to say, i refuse to take my kids there. *spoilsport dad
