Sunday dinner

We started on the list of outstanding jobs in the house and garden this morning. It does give you a great sense of achievement. I should really take a week off work there are so many small jobs to do but I know I’d end up logging on and working. Plus I’d rather spend my annual leave taking holidays.
This afternoon we prepped lunch for the Simon, Neil and Charlie, and R made a new salad dish of carrot, cucumber, oranges, black olives and walnuts with an olive oil, lemon and thyme dressing. Delicious, with harissa chicken and couscous and copious amounts of wine. It was a fun evening and a lovely end to a chilled weekend.
