Cod-stuffed piquillo peppers, gazpacho, chorizo, smoked mussels, manchego, olives, carrot escabeche, and grape tomatoes. Wine: Rapariga da Quinto Alentejo Reserva 2016.

A delicious dinner of mostly readymade components (only the carrot escabeche I made myself). The wine was very good. I always love this kind of meal.
