Another blue plaque...

... this time because Domenico Eusanio Santangelo lived in the house. I always remember his name because he had his music studio in a little hut a couple of roads away that we passed on our way to town when I was a small child.
His fame is that he composed the music for the island’s anthem Sarnia Cherie (Dear Guernsey). It’s a shame that Sarnia is not actually the Roman name for Guernsey as was once believed. Sarnia is Sark while Guernsey is Lisia.
