Notes: Another cool beautiful morning. AC guy here (woke me up) to do checks on the new unit - here about an hour. Did a long call with Susan and finalized the USAT sanctioning for St A's. Run to Target then for handful of household items. Cooler day, mowed the small front lawn, did more cleaning. Thoroughly loving the place. Talked to Steph for awhile early evening.
