No, it's not photoshopped

It really was sanding on the water. OK, not actually on the water but on a pylon that was just at or below the surface of the water. Making it look like it was standing right on the water. Too good to pass up. 
Extras: daughter in her kayak paddling along, and more gulls doing what they do best on the remains of an old wooden bridge to Pea Island.
