Christmas lights in January

It's that odd time now, when Christmas is over, but Christmas decs and lights still linger. I always debate whether to take everything down and get tidied up or to extract every last minute of the festivities. This house is in the next road, and they go to town every year on the decs.
Our visitors from the USA flew back today so the house is suddenly looking and feeling very quiet and empty.
