Catching Fly’s

So having forgotten to take the food bin out before my trip south I got back to a kitchen full of flys - as they ignored my eco friendly bug spray, a quick visit to Pinterest suggested cider vinegar and dish soap - this was the second batch and I think I’ve just about got them all (thank goodness!)

Had a 1-2-1 coffee chat today with J and got a couple suggestions to mull over and then it was a trip to the imax to see the fast and furious spin off film - sooooooo much fun!!! Even with the horrid traffic getting there making me miss the first few minutes!!
