He's Never Done That Before

There is something hypnotic about the sun on water in the morning and maybe Moot has finally plucked up the courage to explore a bit more.  G sent me a version of this Foto this morning and I just loved the way he's sitting and looking at the water.

That's me Moot, that is.

The rest of the day was a blur of things.  

IBM have updated their "helpdesk" websites and it's just as horrible as before.  

I raise a case - I get an E-Mail saying "You've raised a case" - I kind of knew that....

I upload a document to the case - I get an E-Mail saying "You've updated the case".  I knew that too.

I then get an E-Mail saying that someone has updated the case.  No idea who and no idea what they've done.  So I have to click on the link, login, yes, accept the cookies and would you look at that, the status has changed from "Waiting for IBM" to "IBM is working".

And I don't get one or two E-Mails, I get about 20 a day.  None of them tell me anything useful at all.

And this job is mine because my Englisch is good.  I shall be using the feedback forms though and I shall be straightforward with my criticism.
