This morning I had a meeting with my boss, who didn’t seem interested in finding out why I was leaving at all - just what I need to do before finishing up and when I was leaving. Although also wanting me to continue to do some freelance work.

I’d been in very early so scooted home to enjoy the last of the sunshine.
