Confusion reigns - and we all got wet!

Be interested in experience of ppl outside Scotland re local authority rules on recycling. Here each council has its own rules. This is confusing for folks like me who have lived in several places. It is also confusing when the rules keep changing. I gather so much cannot be recycled because of contamination by us 'numpties' putting the wrong thing in the wrong bin. Is it the same for you?
