This tree is on the Windsor side of Eton Bridge and to the right of it is the Sir Christopher Wren Hotel. It's the only photo that I took today and if I took another one now it would just be of Jack the cat attacking the Christmas tree... again!!

My brother came round this evening to let me know that he put another offer in on a maisonette, but it was rejected. His offer was perfectly reasonable, so I've told him to wait until next week before deciding if he wants to go higher. It is nerve wracking though, as he lives in my late mum's house and the sale for that is currently going through. It will all work out in the end though, these things always do.
