Portrait of a Dahlia

Hey, if you set your iPhone to Portrait, it blurs the background! Am I the only one who didn't know this? 

Very overcast and cold all day, with even a little wet stuff coming down from the sky. It made for a good work day: we tackled a lot of projects that needed doing: much raking and trimming, emptying the truck of the mulch that's been sitting there for too long, Cleaning the Refrigerator (actually, that should be in all caps), sorting through all the garden harvest that accumulated while we were away. It feels good to have done so much. And yes, I'm tired.
