Nailed it!!

One of my nephews has been competing in the Ironman competition in Copenhagen today....thanks to modern technology I’ve been able to track his progress all day on my phone :))

He had set himself a target of 12 hours which he smashed by over 30 minutes...swimming 3.8km, cycling 180km then running a marathon...I’m exhausted just thinking about it! The first shot is tracking him 8 minutes from the finish...I bet that was a long exhilarating 8 minutes.

I hope Marlieske doesn’t mind my Derelict Sunday entry being resigned to extras as I play the role of proud Aunty...hubby found this very old hand made nail in the garden recently...it possibly originally held part of the mill together.
