The weather forecast was not a good one, so I did not make any firm plans. Unexpectedly, I was in the Elephant & Castle area at around 16:00. I’m usually just passing through during the week, on a bus. So today I took a Blip that I have wanted to take for ages! Charlie Chaplin believed he was born near to E & C, at East Street, just off the Old Kent Road.
