Hand reflection & shadow

Felt exhausted and flat today as I always do after an "episode".

Went to the park in the morning with a coffee and paper... did the puzzles. Went out again in the afternoon to avoid some last minute visitors. I wasn't in the mood for trying to make small talk... it's hard enough at the best of times. Escaped to Prince of Wales park for an explore. The photo prompt for today was "My hands" and this reflection/shadow in a birdbath caught my eye. Thought it worked quite well.
