Notes: Woke to alarm but didn't pop up. Headed on morning walk around 630a to Buena Vista Park - found some dirt trails. Walked for an hour. Headed to Carlsbad beach then and found a spot to walk out and get my feet in the water for the first time! Didn't stay too long - stopped at Sprouts and Trader Joe's on the way back. Made breakfast and watched CBS Sun Morning. Did cleaning upstairs and my bathroom/shower/tub and another load of laundry. Finally exhausted and deep nap mid afternoon. Talked to Mic while making stir fry, talked to Steph in the evening. Good day!
