Lines and curves

Shoulder woke me at 314am. Pma told me to sleep. Woke at 7 took tramadol then at 8 took 2 paracetamol. Snoozed til 10 then got up to get ready to see Claire the Physio at Oxford. We both diagnosed it as a bleed.

A long and interesting chat with regard to the serious damage inside and whether we should consider a shoulder replacement in the future. Gentle exercises but meet at Centre in future so Haemophilia consultants can see what's going on with it. Will be raised at morning meeting tomorrow. She advised me to take regular paracetamol rather than nothing when no pain
She talked about Micro bleeds which might be the cause with me, and told me that there are no proven facts to back this up, but it is widely accepted within the H community.

Drive home was uneventful. When we got in Michael the landscape man had messaged us to come earlier, but we were out. He came at planned time and we had a big discussion about the garden. Quote to follow. Scary!

New stock of home treatment delivered at 7pm, then dinner. .

Factor 8 injected at 1030. Shoulder Very painful.
Missed vein twice before success - fine apart from that.
