New neighbours

Kilda went back on the wagon today so I could go and see the mistress of pain. My ankle is fooked by the looks of things. Badly bruised. She managed to get some of the knots out of my calf muscle but isn’t too sure what is causing it. She things that my glute muscles aren’t firing in the right sequence and my inner calf muscle isn’t built up enough. Came back to see that a t5o let sign is up next door. Wonder who will be moving in after the last tenant was caught sub letting on Air B&B.
