A day of ....

.... satisfaction!
Went for a swim/ exercise this morning in the pool by 8.30am but golly the water was so cold. Fortunately for me it dulls my aches and pains, but a lovely Chinese girl I see every week ( and swims like a fish) was very put out it being so cold.
Came home put washing in machine ,
Did some tidying of garden , cutting brambles and trimming trees .
Put washing on line.
Had a cuppa then did a small shop.
Came home took washing in finished the front garden and dead headed the geraniums.
Phew ! A really successful day , I deserve to watch TV now.
But it is great to feel satisfied with your day.

Appreciate .... feeling well enough to go to the pool/ garden/ wash and shop.
