Day 232/19. A long time in planning

A visit to the Isle of Wight today and an effort at a shot I have wanted to take for a long time.
This is the Searchlight and Lookout post, part of the Needles Battery on the  West end of the island. I had tried to take this shot before, but the weather was always too dull.
Today the sun was shining and the sea an azure blue. Our visitors from Wales wanted to visit the island and gave me a chance for another go.
I'm pretty happy with the outcome, getting the Needles out of the windows alongside the searchlight. This is a 3 shot composite, bracketing exposures.
