Gut Rot?

Went for a swim at the local pool - hasn’t swim lengths in years and really enjoyed the experience. Beat battling the wind on my bike.

Lacked a photo so put this emergency blip together - a bottle I was given at a conference in Slovakia in the mid 1990s (I think). The pear in the bottle looks well preserved but I’ve never opened it to find out what it tastes like.
