Discovery Insights!

The Discovery Insights cards are a method for communicating people's characteristics in terms of what kind of a person they are. After having swapped and given away cards to the people we thought the cards applied to, everyone had a nice collection of cards. I turned out to be a yellow/green person. We had some strong red personalities in the group and some very blue ones too.
I really liked the way this method also offers handles for dealing with certain strong personalities.
