Practicing Focus

I thought Gary was the only one coming up for a visit, but Judy decided she wanted to see us too, so yesterday was taken up with all of the activity of company.

This morning, they are off to play pickleball. I decided to try some new focusing tips I learned. I think I have had a bit of an aha moment. 

This afternoon will be exploring the downtown area. Tony & I did that a few years ago when we were up for a long weekend. I haven't done it as a resident yet. It is about time.

I am grateful for the knowledge you have with the stroke of a few keys on the keyboard.
