"Blinded by the Light". Literally.

Went to the new Cineworld cinema in the Eastbourne shopping mall. Escalators out of order, plus migraine inducing decor, as you see! Not a patch on my favourite Dukes @ Komedia. The adverts, including one interminable one for Cineworld itself (£18.40 a month for a discount card), and the trailers were very boring. John slept through all of it well into the film. Wish I had.

There have been some brilliant biopics/music related films recently - Life in 12 Bars, Rocketman, Bohemian Rhapsody.  Yesterday, involving Beatles music, was good ; this one was a true story about two superfans and although there was some Springsteen music, not enough for me.
