Memory ornaments back blip

Sister Anita and I are working on making each grand and great grand children of our father an ornament from his shirts. Sugar is never very far from her and always willing to grab a scrap and run! I have to say so far we are having a lot of trouble with it. I'm not sure we will ever get even one done. Five or six attempts so far have not produced a keeper. Much harder than I dreamed.
