So we did a thing

As I mentioned yesterday we planned to look at cars today and so we duly went to the showroom. There were a couple of likely candidates in the second hand space and we took one for a quick test drive (very quick as the car had hardly any petrol in it!). It seemed to tick all the boxes so we only went back into the showroom to ‘work the numbers’ to see if it would fit the bill.
The long and the short of it is that we signed in the dotted line!
What a week this is turning out to be.....
......and it’s not over dear readers as we then went to a wine warehouse to sort out glass and chiller hire and choose wine for the party. Very helpful chap and it’s all sorted.
Last stop was to the travel agents to check if the cruise we plan to do next April had one of our preferred cabins available, and what do you know, they did so we snapped it up.

So just the one motorhome, a new to us car, drinks etc for the party and a holiday. Think I need to slow down and not spend anything for a few weeks.
