Rendevous

Today was the summer seniors rendevous. It is a day of activity, chatting, eating ,drinking and making new friends. 
We always start off with a quiz, and a team challenge. Todays challenge was  making a structure from spaghetti to hold a marshmallow. Followed by boccha and crochet card making and stone painting.

in between all this I was going from phoning  the hospital to the surgery to sort out an appointment. It was picked up by the practise manager who sorted it for me as I fell apart in frustration. He got it triaged immediately and hopefully I will hear next week.
the final photo in the collage is us enjoying a picnic in Saville gardens prior to watching a midsummers night dream. It was really good and the girls enjoyed it.
