Overlooking the years.....

Low key day for Big R turning 70....he worked all day going to court a few times trying to salvage a couple more young lives....such an uphill battle amidst the chaos of the "chosen one" and daily strife!  He works for a group that does legal cousel for youth who are usually in the foster care system or having home problems.  He represents the children and their wishes...sometimes not the best wishes  either....he has caught up now with me in years!   The older we get the faster time seems to pass.    Celebration by going to see the mariners baseball game....always fun despite our very bum team....seems like we can only beat the Tigers (sorry Outdoor guy)....
      It's been qutie the day with news that British Air is going on strike and our tickets to Italy are cancelled....on to rebooking and all that ....not the best news for the birthday boy....but it'll all work out and he'll be able to savor those sights snd sensualities of Italy very soon!
