Parkrun day

Supporting Sita on her 100th parkrun. 15 from the club came and obligatory cakes after.
My 162nd park run too hot for me as summer returned 28 degrees.. This afternoon went to a local Folkfest, in a park but again to hot and folk is not my thing!! There were food vans and a bar and a very ecclectic mix of people.
