Star of Mary!

Alstromeria! I was told many years ago this means star of Mary? I love these beautiful flowers!
A day of hiking in Glen Lednock & the Devil’s Cauldron , (raging tumbling waterfall!) Comrie with my visitor from Ohio, bracken on the path is so overgrown! It’s one of my favourite walks, my lovely visitor so enjoyed it too! we did a few detours & a lots of stops to inspect toadstools & wild flowers ! by the time we reached the village again after 4 hours we had walked about 8 miles , beautiful warm day!
A welcome cuppa in the village cafe ...... a very grand day!!
