What a bloomer

A new take on plus fours appeared at The Hope golf club tonight. The delighted (?) recipient decided not to model them despite much encouragement from others - can't think why!

This was the jolly bit after the very serious stuff of the preceding putting competition and a satisfying chippy supper.

Dad visited an old quilting friend of Mum's this morning. Sadly, her short term memory is noticeably worse than our visit last year but she was very cheerful.i think it depressed Dad though.

I had a great catch up with a friend this afternoon; nothing beats a good supportive blether.
