Ingram Street

Another night shot and my main point of interest in this one was the Corinthian building on the left. One of Glasgow's most elaborate and richly decorated buildings

Originally occupied by the Ship Bank it dates back to 1842. In 1929 it became a Court building.

It is now a Club, restaurant and venue for weddings etc. It has won several awards.

I noticed that despite a dry day the long exposure and street lighting pick out the dampness thats still around in streets that don't catch the sun. And it would take many many more dry days to let the water drain away from the fields etc. 2012 was the second wettest on record but recent reports indicate that this could be the norm, and its likely that some places will never dry out properly.
