Sleeping in the Park

I've noticed a growing number of homeless sleeping in tents around Edinburgh and it seems the Council/Police don't usher them on very often. 

I don't really mind that they exist but what I do mind is if they have located their tent on a small path which I regularly run along. Fortunately, when I ran home after work there was no sight of the tent so perhaps he was evicted from the park after all.
