BAD HAIR DAY...

.... dropped by the Polo Grounds on the way down town this arvo. It was a warm day again and the wind had started up again so did not expect too much.

Then this Willie stopped in the shade of the fence post watching what I was up to.

And, on a branch fairly close this Fairywren dropped in and liked the way the wind blew its feathers. A few more shots of it on Flickr starting here.

Also had a pair of Red necked Bul Buls stop in the top of Pine tree to see what all the fuss was before scooting off.
So, all in all it seems the birdies just wanted to be sociable after all.

When I got home the Boss alerted me to the Blackbird having a bath in the bird bath and caught it cleaning up after here.
