Day 5

From Soelden up to the Hildesheimer hut at 2900 metres, the highest I've ever been.  It was hard towards the end but I made it!  What fabulous views though, including a view of our path tomorrow across the hanging valley below a glacier, before we have to tackle some fixed wires and.... well I'll find out tomorrow :-)

The extra is a fungus I haven't seen before.
