Rhododendron leafhopper

A quick trip this afternoon to my local forest churchyard revealed this little jewel hiding on the Rhododendron leaves.
The Rhododendron leafhopper Graphocephala fennahi  is an introduced species that thrives around Horsham where I live, as many of the country roads are lined with invasive Rhododendron bushes.
