Ebb & Flow

Finally a bit of sunshine! All bright and calm on the Sunday papers' run and it's remained much like it all day. A bit more gardening, a bit of lounging by the pond, a bit of admiring the butterflies, and then a bracing swim - a bit too busy down there today for my liking, three more cars and two people in the water!
